At VICTRIP EBIKE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your e-bike in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your e-bike to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the e-bike in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included.

• 3.
  Ship to VICTRIP

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the e-bike's condition and odometer reading, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
